​Reservations

 

Cottage reservations are made by the week only.  Check in time for your visit begins on Saturday after 4:00 pm and check out is on the Saturday of your departure at 10:00 am.  The rates for all of the cottages, except Loon Nest, are based upon a four person occupancy.  If there are more than four people, there is an additional charge of $70.00 per person per week, or $15.00 per person per day.

Reservations will be confirmed through the deposit of one half  the cottage rate payment .

 
**The deposit is non-refundable.**

 

Boats

 

 Fishing boats with or without 6 hp Mercury motors are available to rent by the day or week for use on Little Basswood Lake.  There is a boat launch and docking available for guest's private boats.  Sailboats and canoes are also available for rental on Little Basswood Lake.  

 

*Please indicate if you would like a boat and motor at the time of your reservation.
 

**All rental boats and motors are to be used only on Little Basswood Lake in Sowerby.

 

$20.00 per day -  $80.00 per week

Sailboats:  $10.00 per hour

Canoes:  $5.00 per hour

Private boat launch/dock $3.00 per day

Non-guests $20.00 per day, includes parking

6 hp Mercury Motors
*Motors are not to be used to tow any boats or recreational equipment.
$125.00 per week plus fuel
$40.00 per day plus fuel
$1.50 per liter mixed (subject to change)

 

Camping:

Electric hook up is only 15 amps. No AC or heaters please. Please provide your 100' cord.

A dump station is available but no sewer hook up.
1 tent or 1 camper per site
$30.00 per day - family of 4
Extra persons $5.00 each per day

 

There are designated camping areas, (prices based on a family of 2-4), for tents or trailers with electric hook up available.  Please bring a 100 foot extension cord.
